C&J’s Pizza aims to provide high-quality products and services. This Refund Policy outlines our process for handling refunds, cancellations, and returns. All requests must be made via email to cjpizzabundy@gmail.com.

1. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before preparation begins (typically within 5-10 minutes of placement). Contact us immediately.
  • No refunds for cancellations after preparation starts, except in cases of our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

2. Refunds for Issues

We offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect or Missing Items: Full refund or replacement if reported within 30 minutes of delivery/pickup.
  • Quality Issues: (e.g., cold food, undercooked) Report within 30 minutes; we may offer a partial refund or credit.
  • Delivery Problems: (e.g., non-delivery) Please contact Doordash support.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Credits may be issued for future orders.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable food items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • No refunds for change of mind or personal taste preferences.

4. Process

  • Provide order number, issue description, and photos (if applicable).
  • We will review and respond within 24 hours.
  • Refunds exclude delivery fees unless the issue is our fault.

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for refunds due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).
