Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the C&J’s Pizza website (the “Site”), mobile app (if applicable), and services, including online ordering. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Services

  • You must be 18 years or older to place an order or create an account.
  • If under 18 years, you agree that you have consent from a legal guardian.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and not use the Site for unlawful purposes.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude delivery fees unless stated. All prices include GST.
  • Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and digital wallets.
  • Title to goods passes upon delivery; risk transfers at handover.
  • We reserve the right to update item pricing at any time without prior notice.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery times are controlled by Doordash; we are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events.
  • Deliveries are completed by Doordash in their service area (Bundaberg region). Minimum order values and fees may apply.
  • You must inspect orders upon receipt and notify us immediately of issues.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (e.g., logos, menus) is owned by C&J’s Pizza or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, C&J’s Pizza is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bundaberg, QLD.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted here with the updated effective date.
